The Ground Up Project Launches with Purpose

The Ground Up Project Launches in Chester to Empower Neurodivergent Young People.

We have officially launched as a Community Interest Company (CIC) with one big goal: to create jobs for young neurodivergent people, and have a great time doing it!

We believe every young person deserves the chance to shine, feel valued, and contribute to their community. That is why we’re building something new, from the ground up: inclusive, confidence-boosting work experience in real-life settings like coffee shops and local businesses.

We are not talking about ticking boxes, we’re talking about flipping the scrip. Our learners and young people get to learn new skills, and connect with employers, who actually get it. It’s all about building independence, confidence, and a future full of possibility.

Why does this matter? Because the statistics on neurodivergent employment aren’t good, and we are not okay with that. We’re here to challenge the system, prove what is possible, and create real change. One shift, one brew, one brilliant young person at a time.

This is just the beginning. Follow along as we grow a movement that is bold, inclusive and full of purpose.
